• This amounts to 314,496 litres of water per cistern per year. The average annual combined supply and sewage cost of water is approximately £1.66 per 1000 litres. The urinal water cost for one cistern is therefore £522.06 per year.

• Each automatic flushing urinal can use 9 Litres of water each time it flushes depending on cistern capacity. Currently an unmanaged 9 litre cistern is usually set to flush 4 times per hour. 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

• If a Pure Washrooms Sani-Sleeve and Water Manager is fitted to a cistern the automatic flushing will be reduced to 4 times per day. The cost of the water per cistern would be 9 (litres) x 4 (Flushes per Day) x 7 (Days per week) x 52 (weeks per year) = 13,140 litres = A cost of £21.75.00 per year.
