Solihull School is a successful co-educational school for 7 to 18-year olds in the heart of the Midlands. The school has several washroom facilities on site, all of which need regular fortnightly servicing. The servicing was the responsibility of one of the big nationals and initially a different service technician looked after each different service areas, which wasn’t ideal, but it wasn’t until the servicing company decided to change the arrangements and give the work to one person that the problems started. Tresham CollegeTresham College is a college of Further Education and Higher Education with sites across Northamptonshire. The college is attended by over 7000 part time and full time students and so its washrooms are in constant use during the college day.

In addition the college is attended by a number of disabled students which meant that the college needed more than just a standard waste disposal service.

Mark Beecroft is the Facilities Manager at Tresham and when he was appointed he inherited a number of service contracts put in place by his predecessors. Mark’s first priority was to review the existing washroom service contracts to see if improvements or savings could be made as he felt the quality of service had dropped and the contract was over-priced.

New Building’s Washrooms Shine Thanks to Pure Washrooms

AGCOIn 2006 AGCO moved into their new purpose built headquarters at Abbey Park in Warwickshire. Site Services Manager, Phil Williams was tasked with the job of finding a reliable local washroom company to install and then provide an on-going service to maintain the building’s washroom facilities.

The requirements were very specific, AGCO only wanted chrome fittings to compliment their building’s modern design and they also needed help optimising the space in some washrooms where space was limited.
